The Household of God Ephesians 2:19
It
is the Heart that decides
Proverbs 4:23
Introduction
Process Spiritual Signals and the Word with your heart. Will and emotions are
the area of operation of the heart.
Your Will
Your Will is your bonafide and sacred expression of Your desire and authority on
issues. They are your own and you should answer to yourself and also be able to
defend that position with your whole being. It is what You have established in
eternity. We should be grateful to the Lord for giving us this attribute.
However the responsibility for it's misuse or otherwise belongs to only one
person You! Ezekiel 18:20
The limits of a man. Romans 3:23
There are things that a man may achieve completely under his own will. If we
remember that all others also have the same bonafide opportunity( Given by God),
we come to a place of negotiation. You can only exercise your Will in
conjunction with others when we go beyond the scope of our Will. Amos 3:3,
Isaiah 1:18
For example you can decide to eat breakfast at eight o'clock however to eat the
same breakfast at eight o'clock with another person, you will require his
consent or some form of negotiation.
Deceit
A person is deceived when his Will is negotiated with a lie. The person gives
away his position and His very life to something that is not true. Genesis 3:4
There is only one way to avoid the loss of your valuable life estate. Depend
ONLY on what God has said! God owns Everything and does not need to negotiate
your Will. Ye shall know the Truth and the Truth shall make you free. John 8:32
Believe
To believe is to accept a proposal giving your Will in support of that position
or proposition.
Note: Agreements in proposals are what make the World work. When people put
their will together their combined effort create a lot of social benefits.
Note: When one believes he brings his will into play and adds his will to the
proposal.
Acts 16:31 Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. Says Add your Will, life and
support to establish all that Jesus is proposing and you will be saved and your
house. This is the same as saying "Give your life to Christ"
1. Emotions
Hannah 1 Samuel 1:18, Ahab 1Kings 15:5,15 Nehemiah 2:2-3,
Your Emotions are the responses of your heart to issues whether they are in
accordance with your Will or against them. The Emotional response creates the
expression of Sadness if the Will is rejected from your point of view and Joy if
the Will is accepted. This signifies agreement with your position.
Indirect Willingness
it is common for a men to show some kind of resistance if you speak in this
manner however many of us use public transport sit in aeroplanes high in the sky
and cross roads based on what others have told us without questioning it when
using these are things. They are things that have been created by men who are
many times fallible.
Many people have lost their lives on routes, in the air by putting their lives
into or by willing themselves into the hands of people they have never seen and
know nothing about.
Matthew 11:28. I encourage you to put your life in our good God in the hands of
Jesus Christ; he said I have come that you might have life and have it
abundantly. John 10:10
2. All signals whether spiritual or physical are destined for your heart.
Proverbs 4:23, Romans 1:18-20,
The importance of your Heart with The Lord.
The things which are of significance with the Lord are things that are
established by the Will, by the Heart.
If a child said to the parents that Two times two is Six (Wrong) that will not
be a sin in this context. He is wrong because of immaturity and lack of
knowledge. Matthew 22:29
But if he said "I will not go" that will be a sin. He is using something he has
complete control over to do wrong.
Note: Thinking wrong, especially when you lack knowledge, is not the same as
willingly doing wrong.
The latter invokes legitimate reprimand which the culprit also agrees with - it
is his own.
3. The mind is an intermediate processing
The mind is an intermediate processing
location, the final decision must be in the Heart. It is the Heart that decides.
Proverbs 4:23. Matthew 15:8, 1 Kings 18:21
The Lord indicates that a man can come to him when his heart is somewhere else.
This dichotomy is what lying is all about. This ability to present one thing
from the mind and another with the heart is the source of many problems.
There may be valid reasons for doing this. For example you teach a child to
brush the teeth now and then later teach them the hygienic implications later
all the while your goal was hygiene. Galatians 4:19
However you may not approach God in that manner.
Convince yourself that God knows all things. The dichotomy of the heart and the
mind is then irrelevant. Because what you have purpose in your heart will be the
same as what is in your mind. Approach God with your heart overriding the mind.
That is the proper way to approach God.
Without this understanding the approach to God does not make sense.
4.Faith of God
In Genesis 3:6 Eve applied the wrong principle of Faith.
When a man excludes God from expectation, evaluation and estimation. That
evidence is flawed and leads to sin.
We have explained why it is completely useless to approach God with a different
mind from your heart. A synchronised approach where the heart and the mind speak
the same thing is the ONLY reasonable way to approach God.
When a man acknowledges God as God and approaches God as God with a heart and
mind synchronised and United, that will be the most appropriate way to see God.
Eve was deceived and believed the lie of the enemy and therefore applied her
Will to a lie.
What this is, it is actually a mis-appropriation of a life. Her life was used in
a manner that was inappropriate and wasted!
Mis-appropriation of Faith is why many steal. They believe that the matter is
relevant only in the human realm.
For the one who has Faith in God, His desire for the thing is there but cannot
take it because he believes in God's omnipresence and more especially that it is
the God principle that will give him life!
Remember Faith is dependent of this Fact "God Is and Will always be Good and
good to me" Hebrews 11:5-6
Any relationship with the Lord on any terms can be very unproductive to say the
least.
5. Hearing with the Heart
Hearing with the Heart is trusting God First
Isaiah 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee:
because he trusteth in thee.
The statement above is clear to both the Christian and the non Christian.
However the non Christian evaluates the statement as follows
I will put my mind on the Lord and he will give me peace
The Christian sees the loving peace that is always present with the Lord and
provided first (because His Word is True) and is then is encouraged to put His
mind on the Lord.
For the Christian the securedness of the Lord comes first not the ability of
man.
In many instances it is difficult for the purely secular mind to distinguish the
two.
