There is only one cure for this one decease - Sin

1. Introduction
If we were to solve all problems by natural means, then life would have been easy. But there are things in this world that can only be solved, addressed, attacked by the Spirit of God. Matthew 19:24-26, Mark 10:27.
According to Jesus there are problems that can only be solved by God and not men.
Not only have brought the problems on themselves and are not even aware that they are in a problem but
2. There were some standing there with Jesus who were nursing the same wishes that Jesus said had put others in trouble!
There way of the Lord then is the surest way.


2. Our helper is the Holy Spirit.
Since man lost his relationship with the Lord in the Garden of Eden, it is God who has, as before been looking for man. Luke 13:34
If any man will position himself favorably the Holy Ghost will come and help.
Paul was quick to realize this, Jesus himself helped him and he quickly and wisely changed his disposition. Acts 9:17-20


3. Confidence is necessary to serve God. Romans 8:31
Christians must come to a point in our lives where the reality of the spiritual is not a question of maybe, despair and cluelessness about our faith but a total reliance and confidence in God as reality.
Would you like it if your children wanted to test you to see if you loved them? Luke 9:62
The three Hebrew boys Daniel 3:15-18. They had total confidence in God.

A Christian lives good in this life but he does not live for this life.
Christianity makes this life good, good life does not make Christianity good. (It is not for good life, but eternal life and good life is part of that!).


4. Using you Will with God
Giving back your will to God has great implications. You have the choice not to give but you give. John 10:15-17. You can only come to someone you can depend on - God, and you do. Matthew 26:39
It is only certainty or trust that can cause a man to commit as such.

5. Believe and use what God has put in you. Philemon 1:6
Unless and until a Christian uses the resources given us by God our effort is weak, dangerous and ineffective. A policeman who is resisted by a taxi driver is weak, unsure of his rights and is ineffective in policing.

Ephesians 1:3 the things that have been given us are spiritual! Yet many relate to God in the physical. Even if God's gifts have a physical meaning it has its foundations in the Spirit. Good said: you will surely die but the devil said you will not surely die. Which was correct?

6. Know what going on in your life
Ephesians 2:1-5 It is wrong and dangerous to live as if only you are in action here only. It is wrong to live as if you are only what you see. John 14:1-6. Jesus said believe in God, believe also in me. We believe in the unseen God.


Prayer: Father help me in my battles because you have what it takes to fight all battles both physical and Spiritual.
